Description
AirForce Tex-Rex Big Bore Air Rifle — Power, Control, and American Build
The AirForce Tex-Rex Big Bore Air Rifle gives huge power in a clean, single-shot PCP. Because it uses a new titanium valve system and a 500cc carbon-fiber tank, it delivers hard hits and consistent follow-up shots. Also, it’s built in the USA for quality you can trust.
Built for Big Game — Yet Easy to Use
First, you get big energy. The Tex-Rex can push a 225-grain slug up to 1250 FPS. Next, with heavy slugs it can deliver up to 1000 FPE (.457) and up to 1100 FPE (.510). So, it’s ideal for serious big-bore hunting and long-range work. Also, the rifle stays light for its power, weighing only 7.25 lbs.
Smart, Modern Features That Matter
The titanium valve boosts efficiency and speed.
The 500cc carbon-fiber tank holds plenty of air without extra weight.
A two-stage, position-adjustable trigger lets you tune pull to your taste.
The 34″ Lothar Walther barrel helps with accuracy at longer ranges.
The M-LOK foregrip gives accessory and mounting options.
Safety is automatic on cocking, so you stay protected.
Also, the rifle includes three bias port screws (.067 pre-installed, plus .059 and .040) to tune shot count and feel.
Performance and Practical Use
With factory bias ports installed, expect roughly 5–6 shots per fill in .457 and 4–5 shots per fill in .510 at high power. However, shots per fill will change with which bias port you use and the slug weight you prefer. Because of the system design, you get strong first-shots and useful follow-ups for real hunting scenarios.
Why This Rifle Stands Out
This rifle blends modern materials and classic big-bore thinking. It is light for its power. It is tuneable for different tasks. Above all, it gives the raw energy many hunters want — while remaining balanced and usable in the field.
